Routine immunization (for those without a family physician)

Mondays: 1:00 to 4:00 pm

Wednesdays: 9:30 to 11:30 am

Well baby immunization (for those without a family physician)

First Tuesday of each month, 1:00 to 4:00 pm

Third Thursday of each month, 9:30 to 11:30 am

Travel immunization

Please note that as of September 1, 2017, the Perth District Health Unit will no longer be providing travel health advice or clinics for travel vaccines.  Call Health Line at 519-271-7600 extension 267 or 1-877-271-7348 extension 267 or email Health Line for any questions or concerns.

Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Testing

If you are a student and need a Tuberculosis skin test for your school program, or require a Tuberculosis skin test for medical reasons, check with your family doctor for an appointment.

If your family doctor does not offer this testing, the Perth District Health Unit has limited spaces available each month for Perth County residents.

The Health Unit does not provide Tuberculosis skin testing for work or volunteer requirements. Please see below if you need to book a skin test for these purposes:
