Family Connection
Family Connection is a regular drop-in service at local Early Years Centres. This service is for expectant parents and families with children 0-6 years of age.
A Public Health Nurse will be available to provide:
- prenatal, postpartum, and child health assessment
- information on pregnancy, child growth and development, parenting, nutrition, injury prevention, immunization and more
- referral to Health Unit and/or community programs and services.
