Vaping

Vaping is the inhaling and exhaling of the aerosol produced by a vapour product. These are more commonly referred to as vapes or e-cigarettes.

What are the health risks?

Vaping can increase your exposure to chemicals that could harm your health (such as causing lung damage). Vaping could also expose you to nicotine, which is addictive.

Ready to stop vaping?

Quitting vaping can be hard, but you don't have to do it alone.
