Health Unit Looking for Dog Involved in a Biting Incident in St. Marys

St. Marys – The Perth District Health Unit is looking for a dog involved in a biting incident in St. Marys to complete an investigation. The incident took place at approximately 6:30 pm on Tuesday, May 1st at the soccer field located behind Little Falls Public School.
The dog was tangled in a soccer net and ran away once released from the net. The dog is described as small with short grey and white (brindle) hair and pointed ears (possibly a bulldog). The dog was not wearing a collar.
The Health Unit is investigating this incident to check if the dog has up-to-date rabies shots. If the dog is not found, the person who was bitten may need to complete a series of rabies shots.
