Below you will find forms and information on actions you need to take in order to obtain Health Unit approval for your proposed food premises. Please discuss your proposal with you public health inspector prior to starting renovations or construction.

This form must be submitted to the Health Unit. It is in your best interest to inform us before you spend money on equipment or construction.
