Healthy Steps Workplace Program
Would you like to help your employees become more physically active? The Healthy Steps Workplace Program is one way to do just that. It's a free, four-week walking program designed to gradually increase an employee's level of physical activity. Participants use step counters (a small device worn on the waist, also known as a pedometer) to measure the number of steps they take throughout the day and set goals to increase their steps each week. We loan you the step counters and provide you with all the information you need to get the program up and running. All you require is someone to coordinate the program and employees do the rest on their own.
Physically active employees are healthier employees - why not help them get active, one step at a time?
