Request for Proposal (RFP) | After Hours Answering Service

Huron Perth Public Health (“HPPH”) is seeking qualified service providers to provide after hours answering services to HPPH.

The purpose of this RFP is to locate a proposer available to perform the scope of services outlined within the full RFP document.

Proposal requirements

Proposals must be sent electronically to the email address provided within the RFP document before 4:30 PM EST on Friday, November 17, 2023.

Late proposals will not be accepted. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted.

Request for Proposal (RFP) | HVAC System Replacement

Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is seeking a service provider for HVAC replacement services at the HPPH Clinton site located at 77722B London Road, Clinton, Ontario.

The purpose of this RFP is to locate a proposer available to perform the scope of services outlined within the full RFP document.

Proposal requirements:

Inquiries related to this RFP should be submitted in writing via the email address provided within the RFP no later than 4PM on November 3, 2023.

A site visit will take place November 2, 2023 at 10AM.

Proposals must be sent electronically to the email address provided within the RFP document before 4:00 PM EST on Friday, November 17, 2023.

Late proposals will not be accepted. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted.
